Sophia - A demonstration of the work

A while back, I was being interviewed by Sophia and something I said made her emotional. I invited her to stop the interview and asked her if she would like me to help her work through what was coming up.

She agreed and what followed was a clear demonstration of how limiting beliefs can be identified and resolved rapidly. Where interesting I have also added a commentary to explain the techniques I am using.
