The FreeMind guided meditation facilitator training
Discover how to take people deep into connection with themselves so that they can experience huge shifts in how they think, feel and behave.
FreeMind utilises powerful hypnosis scripts to enable facilitators to create profound experiences.
This is a weekend course with a month of additional ongoing support and discussion sessions.
This training also includes a full set of powerful scripts that you can use word-for-word to build a successful meditation group whether working online or in person.
Or you can simply learn the principles and weave these techniques into your existing approaches.
So commonly and very frustratingly people lead meditations with no set induction or deepening process. They just jump straight into visualisation. This misses out on so much power.
People also rarely set their audience properly to include and support those who will have a very different subjective experience from everyone else. Or worse, the facilitator is using directive suggestions or descriptions that do not match the audience's internal experience.
These are rookie errors that massively reduce the likelihood that people have a powerful or even pleasant experience.
With some simple guidelines, some clarity on hypnotic inductions and deepeners and some best practice advice on how to prepare people for a journey in the best way, you can learn the essentials that will transform the depth of the work you can do with people.
Your trainers for this will be:
